Classic crab pasta sauce with a harissa twist. Easy, tasty and a bit flashy - what more can you ask for?

230g pack of half and half crab meat
15 cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 onion (quartered and finely sliced)
150g harissa paste
150mls passata
a good handful of chopped Italian parsley

Fry the onion in 2 tbsp of olive oil until soft.

Add the tomatoes, harissa and passata.

Cook for five minutes until the tomatoes begin to fall apart, and add the brown crab meat.

Cook your pasta (allow around 100g per person) and add the white meat and parsley to the sauce just before serving. Season and add a little more passata if it looks a bit dry.
