Our traditional pork pie is made from our free-range pork, simply seasoned with black pepper, white pepper, nutmeg and mace. The pastry is a traditional hot water crust pastry made using silky soft lard and Shipton mill flour, resulting in that famous pork pie texture, short and crumbly. (approx. 1kg)

Filling: pork, pork sausage meat (pork, bread crumb (rice flour, gram flour, salt, maize starch), water, salt, polenta, black pepper, white pepper, nutmeg, mace), bacon (pork, water, cure (salt, sugar, preservatives: E252, E250), onions, quatre epice (white pepper, nutmeg, ginger, clove). Pastry: WHEAT flour (contains calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, pork lard, butter (MILK), salt. Aspic jelly: water, pig skin, onion, parsley, thyme, bay leaf. Glazed with EGG.
