Everything with a Ben’s Farm Shop own-brand label is lovingly made in our Farm Shop Kitchen, just up the road from the Staverton shop. We make everything from scratch, just as you would at home, with great local, free-range and organic ingredients.
We have over 320 products in our range and each one started life as an experiment in the Farm Shop Kitchen. We’re always trying new recipes and ideas and that’s where you come in. If you’ve purchased a BFS ‘WIP’ product, we’d love some honest feedback.
Ben and our kitchen team take every response on board and use it to refine recipes or decide whether a new product is a winner or not.

Malted Sourdough
Malted Sourdough
We hand shape and slowly prove our malthouse sourdough for a minimum of 18 hours. We use an organic malthouse flour from Shipton Mill. Crusty and with a soft, open, chewy crumb.

Sticky Miso BBQ Glaze
Deliciously moreish Sticky Miso BBQ glaze, with toasted sesame seeds and sweetened with honey.
This can be used as a marinade or for some last minute basting. It’s perfect for the BBQ and pairs well with chicken and veg including, aubergines, courgettes, artichokes, asparagus etc.

Country Rye Sourdough
Malted Sourdough
We hand shape and slowly prove our country rye sourdough for a minimum of 18 hours. This bread has been fermented with our sourdough levain and made from light and dark Shipton Mill rye flours to give it a beautiful intense flavour.

Gochujang plum sauce
Gochujang plum sauce
Made with Korean gochujang and homemade plum syrup, this makes a slightly sweetened and more approachable version of the classic fermented chilli and soya paste.
Equally good as an ingredient or condiment – with a breakfast hash for example.
