Our salamis are all made in our butchery at Staverton, using local free-range pork. We then air dry it up to 2 months before slicing and packing.

Smoked Saucisson – Our version of a smoked mountain saucisson such as Morteau. Finely ground with light garlic and caraway flavouring. Lightly smoked.
