Organic Bronze Turkey from Otter Valley, near Honiton.
Reared for 24 weeks on a Local Organic Devon Farm using traditional farming methods with a diet of organic feed and supplemented by foraging across organic pastures.
After careful transportation and handling, the turkeys are dry plucked and hand finished, then hung for ten days or more giving them an exquisitely succulent texture and full rich flavour.
