A delicious ham poached in mulled apple juice before being glazed and roasted off. We use the rump from our free range pigs which is a single muscle instead of the whole leg, which makes it beautifully tender.

Ingredients:Pork, cure (water, salt, preservatives: E250, E252), glaze: brown sugar, apple concentrate, yellow MUSTARD powder, mixed spice (coriander, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, fennel, cloves), Seville orange marmalade (sugar, water, Seville oranges, lemons); apple juice, cider, tamarind, ginger, oranges, sugar, cloves. Prepared with 115g pork per 100g of product. Pork: Country of origin: UK. Packed in a modified atmosphere.
