Coarse French country/Ardennes style country pate. Chopped pork, bacon, red wine, onions, garlic, liver soaked in milk etc with a bit of double cream for richness. Particularly good with our Cucumber Pickle.
Made in our butchery at Staverton using free range pork and bacon. We then bake, slice and package our terrine up at our farm kitchen. Great on antipasti.
