Our salamis are all made in our butchery at Staverton, using local free-range pork. Our take on the delicious Southern Italian fennel, chilli and garlic salami. It’s a bit of an old favourite but they’re usually the best.

Ingredients: Pork, pork fat, cure (salt, sugar, preservatives: E250, E252), garlic puree, fennel seeds, crema di pepperoncini [chillies, garlic, salt, sugar, starter culture (MILK)], red wine, black peppercorns, white pepper, chilli flakes. Natural casings. Allergens in bold capitals. Prepared with 108g of pork per 100g product. Pork: Country of Origin UK Nutrition: Typical values per 100g. Energy 1926kJ / 466kcal, Fat 42.4g, of which saturates 15.5g, Carbohydrate 1.2g, of which sugars 0.7g, Protein 19.6g, Salt 2.59g. Keep refrigerated.
