Grass fed organic beef from Riverford farm. Taken from the featherblade, our Flat Iron Steak is an affordable cut that delivers intense beef flavour, tenderness and is incredibly well marbled.  The Flat Iron is quite versatile, simply coat in oil with salt and pepper and pan fry on a high heat to medium rare, then leave to rest before you enjoy.  Alternatively it lends itself well to a marinade of your choice.
