Our free range pork is from Simon Price, just outside Sidmouth. Our pork belly has a great layer of back fat to maximise flavour. We recommend you score the rind with a sharp knife and rub in plenty of salt and olive oil before cooking for extra crispy crackling and meat that melts in the mouth.
