Please note this is a frozen product. Take out of the freezer to defrost and prove overnight on a baking tray. By morning they should be doubled in size. Brush with milk or beaten egg to glaze (or not) then pop them in a hot oven (180c) for approx 10-15 mins until golden, et voila, breakfast is served. Contains WHEAT & MILK
