PLAIMONT PRODUCTEURS
French Tannat has the reputation for rough tannins but this is anything but. Made by the exceptional Plaimont Coop in Gascony, mainly from local variety, Tannat, with a bit of Merlot, it has bags of ripe, juicy fruit flavours combined with soft, approachable tannins. Good with red meats and cheeses or very quaffable by itself.
