Our version of Salami Napoli. Nothing fancy – just roughly ground pork with wine, garlic, pepper and curing salts.  That’s why we call it ‘good ordinary salami’. Our salamis are all made in our butchery at Staverton, using local free-range pork. We then air dry it up to 2 months before slicing and packing.
