From deep in Armagnac country in Gascony, south west France. Very much Sauvignon on character, if ever there was a wine made to meet the ever-evolving demands of the British wine drinker, this is it. Bone dry and oak free blend of four grapes (Colombard, Ugni-Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Gros-Manseng) make a refreshing, dry white wine that isn’t too heavy on the alcohol either. Competitively priced, it’s a wine-rack essential for sharing with friends, taking to dinner parties and enjoying at your leisure. Recommended in The Telegraph, ‘Made in Gascony with a blend of grapes, including two of the region’s traditional varieties colombard and gros manseng. A bouquet of apricots and peaches doesn’t quite prepare you for its lemony briskness.’ Sophie Atherton, September 2018
