Made like a pork pie (without the jelly) with spring onions and lemon zest. Good hot from the oven, lukewarm or, the next day, on a picnic. Ingredients: Pastry: WHEAT flour (contains calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, pork lard, butter (MILK), salt. Filling: chicken (26%), pork (12%), spring onion, gluten free crumb (rice flour, gram flour, salt, maize starch), water, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, mace, parsley, black pepper, polenta, sage, white pepper, nutmeg. Keep frozen - store at -18c or below. Cooking instructions - these are guidance only as appliances vary: Oven cook from frozen: Fan 180c/conventional 180c/Gas 4. Place on baking tray, lightly brush with egg or milk, place tray in centre of pre-heated oven for 40-50 mins or until pastry is golden brown and filling is piping hot. This is a frozen product
