You might have come across his recipes in Saturday’s Financial Times but, for us, his claim to fame was as founder/head chef of Kensington Place Restaurant. At the forefront of the ‘Modern British’ cooking movement, Rowley laid the foundations for the wave of great chefs that were to follow him.
