They’re such an important food tool that we had to have the best. Tired of leathery flat breads and pitta more akin to Chinese steamed buns, we’ve gone to Dina Foods in West London who bake a stunning range of traditional, eastern Mediterranean breads. We’ve started off with pitta (wholemeal and white/mini and large), paninettes (wraps) and Methi Thepla (with turmeric and fenugreek) and there will be more to follow. They’re great value (starting at 75p) and even better quality, so it is now, officially, a wrap.
