Chef – Ben’s Wine & Taps Bar, Totnes
Ben’s Wine & Tapas is all about our take on tapas-style dining with our own twist, using a carefully chosen mix of local and authentic ingredients from trusted suppliers. We want to create a welcoming, enjoyable venue where people can enjoy small plates or sharing platters of food and a glass or two of great wine.
The Kitchen offers a range of seasonally changing tapas dishes. Some dishes or bases will be made in our production kitchen at the farm, and hand finished by the chef. Others are cooked from scratch from fresh ingredients. All will be high quality, consistent and deliver great flavour.
