SUMMARY:Christmas Wine Tasting at Yealmpton
DESCRIPTION:We might have said it before a few times\, but we’re pretty pleased with our selection of Christmas wines. From the extremely reasonable but very quaffable  Finca Fabian\, Doblez\,  Jean de Vigne and Paparuda ranges to Chateau le Crock\, a stunning 2010 St Estèphe Bordeaux\, we’ve got something for everyone. So\, as well as our Christmas tasting on Thursday 13th at the tapas bar\, we will be holding a slightly more intimate event in our Yealmpton café on Friday 14th December from 5pm – 7.30pm. As well as giving you the opportunity to try before you commit to buying\,so that you can be 100% happy with your selection\, we think it’s a perfect way to start the weekend! Entry is free and we will be offering a 10% discount on purchases of twelve bottles or more from our Christmas wine list. Pop in to the shop and leave your name with a member of staff if you would like to come along.

DESCRIPTION:Come and join Pam ‘The Jam’ Corbin (of River Cottage fame) at our Yealmpton café on Tuesday 20th November for a preserving workshop. Learn how to make her delicious pear and apple mincemeat\, fresh chutney\, cranberry and pear compote\, balsamic onions and flavoured olives\, then round the evening off with a light supper in our spacious café. The class will run from 3pm to 7pm and costs £45 per person (please note this is a revised price from the one advertised in our brochure).
